If you purchased an RV site or cabin for this event, you will receive an email detailing how refunds will be processed. RV and Cabin reservations will not be moved to a different date.
If you purchased a ticket for the event, it will be valid at any of our 2020 events (dates below). A credit card will be needed to process any refunds as we do not keep credit card records on file.
If you would like a refund, you can contact the office and leave a message for a return phone call.
Our office is currently closed due to the Louisiana “Stay-At-Home” mandate, so please be patient as we sort through this. All e-mails and voicemails will be returned when we return to the office.
We apologize that we must do this, but it is necessary to for the safety of our customers, staff and scheduled artists.
We encourage everyone to practice social distancing, great hand washing methods and stay at home if you aren’t required to go out.
